HYM

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Ann-Marie Darling.

Ann-Marie was part of HYM from the very beginning, and it is impossible to separate her from the story of who we are as a company. She cared deeply about her work, but even more so about the people around her. She showed up every day with thoughtfulness, humor, and a quiet confidence that made those around her feel supported and steady.

Those who had the privilege of working alongside Ann-Marie know that she was more than a colleague, she was a constant. She brought strength to our team and a sense of calm through both challenges and successes. Her impact is woven into our culture in ways that words can’t fully capture.

We feel her absence deeply, but we will continue to see her influence in the work we do and in how we show up for one another.

Above all, Ann-Marie’s greatest legacy is her family. Our hearts are with Ray, Taylor, Leo, and the entire Darling family during this incredibly difficult time.

She will be greatly missed.
