Project Manager
5-10 Years of Experience: The ideal candidate has strong project management skills with experience in construction management, preconstruction, and design team management of commercial real estate developments, including knowledge of budgeting, estimating, scheduling and plan review. The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of projects throughout the design and construction process, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to the development plans and budgets. The Project Manager will also oversee quality control throughout its life cycle in coordination with the Design Team and General Contractor. The Project Manager will also work closely with the development team to ensure timely and quality completion of the construction process and the seamless transition to leasing and property management. (Assistant Project Managers with 4+ years of experience will also be considered).
Development Associate
1-4 Years of Experience: The ideal candidate has direct experience with various facets of real estate development, including financial modeling and underwriting, project management, site acquisitions, land use permitting and entitlements, and construction management. The Development Associate will prepare and maintain complex development pro forma models, support underwriting and due diligence on prospective and existing projects, and assist in the preparation of investor packages and financing materials. The Development Associate will also support permitting and entitlement processes, coordinate with design and construction teams, and conduct market research to inform investment decisions. This role offers exposure to the firm's full development pipeline and the opportunity to assume increasing responsibility while working alongside senior development leaders.
Assistant Property & Asset Manager
1-3 Years of Experience: The ideal candidate has strong property management experience with a solid real estate accounting skill set and working knowledge of property and asset management contracts, including leases, license agreements, and loan agreements. The Assistant Property & Asset Manager will support day-to-day operations across multiple sites, including vendor oversight, tenant relations, and compliance inspections, while also assisting with annual budgeting and monthly financial reporting. The role will support asset management functions such as financing, insurance strategy, and leasing, and will lead energy tracking, utility review, and sustainability reporting (BERDO) efforts across the portfolio. This hybrid property and asset management role offers the opportunity to grow organically within the firm and take on increasing responsibility across a growing portfolio of properties.
