Development Associate
1-3 Years of Experience. The ideal candidate has direct experience with various facets of real estate development, including but not limited to: financial & proforma analysis, due diligence, project management, site acquisitions, land use permitting & entitlements, market research and project financing. The ideal candidate has also demonstrated strong financial modeling skills, project management potential, analytical skills and understands the basic underpinnings of development transactions.
